More Delivery Details:

All small items under 2Kg are sent by EVRi. Larger items (Towbars etc) are sent by one of our reliable courier services, these include DHL, APC or DX, all methods will require a signature and please inspect the goods for damage before signing for them, if damage has occured or items missing you must inform us within 48Hrs.

Upon dispatch you will receive an email with the tracking information. All goods will be delivered within the time scale of the delivery option selected. If you have not received your goods within the stated timescale, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the order with you.

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of freight, materials and labour, we're always striving to keep these costs to a minimum. You may sometimes receive your order in a reused box, we believe in recycling and this helps to reduce our carbon footprint.
